Fresh Wave IAQ Wins “Best Customer Service Award” at ISSA/INTERCLEAN 2012 and Much More

Customer service is very much steeped in the culture of Fresh Wave IAQ.  When providing critical solutions for combating the most challenging odor management situations, being there for our customers is paramount.

This is why we are excited to announce that Fresh Wave IAQ was awarded the “Best Customer Service Award” during ISSA/INTERCLEAN 2012.

Voted on by more than 1,000 ISSA attendees – via a mobile app – Fresh Wave IAQ beat out 16 other companies in the chemical category and was bestowed the award by Janelle Brittain, ISSA keynote speaker and renowned trainer who led the session “The Vision Behind a Customer-Focused Culture.”


In addition to winning the “Best Customer Service” award at ISSA, the Fresh Wave IAQ booth was one of the busiest places on the show floor.  Many cleaning professionals from the healthcare, schools and universities and the hospitality sectors came by to check out our full line of commercial-grade odor eliminating products that are non-toxic.
